Privacy notice
Privacy at ONLTax
ONLTax is designed for data minimization. A Flex Query without direct identifiers, or with pseudonymized identifiers, is enough to use the tool; broker credentials are not required.
Processed data
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technical access data such as IP address, time, URL, browser information and status codes. During upload, the Flex Query contents approved by you, run metadata, input health results and report artifacts are processed. Even after direct identifiers are removed, this financial data remains personal and sensitive.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing serves website delivery, technical security, abuse prevention and generation of your report bundle. Depending on the action, the legal bases are performance of the requested use and legitimate interests in operation, security and error analysis.
Hosting and service providers
ONLTax runs on Cloudflare. Website, API, object storage, database, queue and container runtime run there. PayPal is included only as an external link; its own privacy information applies when clicked.
Retention
Upload files are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Report artifacts are scheduled for deletion after 14 days. Technical logs and security data may be stored for shorter or longer periods according to infrastructure rules.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR requirements, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use advertising cookies or external tracking. Technically necessary local settings may be used when required for display or application configuration.
Email link to find a run again
If you later request an optional recovery link by email, the email address is processed only for this purpose and not used for advertising.
No obligation to provide data
You are not required to upload data. Without an upload, ONLTax cannot create a report. Please do not use the tool if you disagree with processing the remaining financial data.
